Mark Rousso

Mark Rousso was born in Rochester, New York, and moved to Miami in the early 1970s. He is fluent in English and Spanish. Mark Rousso attended The University of Miami and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science in 1988.

Thereafter, he attended the University of Florida College of Law where he earned a Juris Doctorate in 1991. Mr. Rousso began practicing law in 1991 and has represented Developers, Landlords, Tenants, Buyers, Sellers and small and mid size companies throughout his career.

Mark Alhadeff

Mark Alhadeff was born and raised on Miami Beach and received a BSBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a JD from the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to starting Alhadeff & Rousso Law, P.A., he had worked at one of the largest law firms in the state and two of the largest law firms in the country.
Mark’s practice includes all areas of commercial and residential real estate transactions and hospitality. He is experienced in representing developers and hospitality operators in the negotiations of joint venture agreements and the acquisition, financing, management, leasing and disposition of real estate.
